Ben I like your Board & Batten wall definition but I'm not sure how we can get the gable material to align.  Unless we extend wall to roof but that is not ideal.

Brent, technically they run a board every so often to cover up the seam.  So just draw in banding and offset as required.  this should remedy your issue.

Ok, It's confirmed..... I have a ghost living in my computer!

This isn't the 1st time that I've hit "clean up" repeatedly without SoftPlan responding.  I walked away and when I returned 1 hr later the siding was aligned!

I think the modern farmhouse look has just about run it's course around here.  One of those trends that when it caught on everyone wanted it.

I do not have a vertical profile option to check in my wall definition, did I miss something?

I see there is a board and batten siding wall definition (im on 2024) but cant figure out how to change the spacing of the battens. If I change spacing in the wall definition it goes crazy

 

Never mind. I figured it out and made a new profile the correct width

I hadnt watched the video when I first posted but did find it online and two seconds in realized what I needed to do
