I have to tear down and rebuild my home due to problems with spray foam insulation.  I have created floor plans using Soft Plan 2020.  Looking to hire someone to use same version or compatible version of SoftPlan, to create plans with elevations and cross sections for permitting.  I am pretty much matching the original house with a few minor tweaks, and can provide dimensions, details, and photos.  I am located in Southern Maine, so prefer someone familiar with design in colder climates.  Need completed in the next 2-3 weeks.

Below is the link to the inside of the house.  You can get to the upstairs by clicking the floor icon on the bottom left or click on the landings of the stairs or use the doll house view in the bottom left corner and click on where you want to enter into the house.  You can click on the wall markers labeled 360 to get a view of the outside of the house.

Sorry to hear about your issues with Spray foam. What is the problem that would require

a complete tear down?

Jon, Did you have the unfortunate experience of a foam installer that tried to complete
the foaming in one thick application instead of the layered/buildup application? If so
I will guess the foam split/pulled away from framing members etc. creating cracks that
allowed the conditioned air to meet with the unconditioned air ( hot meets cold). The
moisture generated by the meeting created moisture which in turn mold and eventually
through the seasons you now have issues with mold and dry rot that lead to structural
issues, hence it is tear down time. Just a guess, if so Not Good.

Not a mold problem - problem with off ratio mix causing foam to continually and progressively off gas. Insurance does not cover off gassing which is a "pollutant".  check out #foam fails

No one tells you that if the mix is not right this happens.  Was this the first job you installer did?
