This is hurting my head....

I have two of the EXACT same doors. For some reason they are showing up differently, I've even used the duplicate tool.

I've never had this problem before. Any suggestions? i would like the level 2 door to appear like the level 1 door. I've tried all kinds of different windows and nothing seems to match.

Drawing options are the same for level 1 and level 2.

Are you sure the door is the exact same unit for both levels? It does seem odd if that is the case. I know there is a narrow profile patio door and more of a traditional style (with wider sticking). But, short of double checking that and all your settings I would suggest redrawing the upper door or copy and paste the wall and door from the lower level and place it where the second floor wall is. Or, place it somewhere on the second floor drawing and then erase the offending door, right click on the first floor door, click draw select, then place it in the second floor wall and see if it is correct. If not, it certainly is some setting in the drawing level being off.

Use duplicate to copy all of the window and parameters from first floor and apply to second floor window, then edit offset.

Looks like they are mulled together.  IF they are two seperate doors, this will give the problem.
