A little tip I just found out. When drawing Winder Stairs and edit the angled tab that it shows the minimum width? Bill over at SoftplanTuts showed this to me. I don’t know what version it started with.

It is super nice to have that feature, as we need to know for properly sized stairs. I find most contractors around here don't like to build winders (too confusing for them!).

I know what you mean. A good framer is hard to find these days. One that will ask questions before you find the problem after drywall or even worst.
