Double Bed 11 is huge - 75x97

King Bed 8 is undersized - 67x73

I used these templates to demonstrate room sizes but noticed the master bedroom bed was smaller than the rest - ouch! Is this an old remnant or are these standard symbols?

Those do not appear to be Softplan symbols.

Graphically the double bed does not look larger than the King8.

Yet you say the physical dimensions are?

Something not right here.

See ... FURNITURE > BEDS > SOFTPLAN+

As Jeff says Bed Double 11 is listed as 6'-3¼" x 8'-3" ... Its a double mattress on an oversized wooden base. But it shouldn't be as oversized as the dimensions suggest.

King 8 is listed as 5'-7" x 6'-1¼ ... So nowhere near correct.

Is nice to have a variety of symbols, but they are useless if they are not sized correctly.

Some of those are set for builders  use so the rooms look larger on the sales brochure.  New owner doesn't get to place furniture until the check clears.

I've been using these bed templates for awhile until noticing they were significantly incorrect by crowding a 12x12 bedroom. Clients are visual so these demonstrations are more important than the dimensions to a consumer.

Same with vehicles. I resize existing templates to demonstrate the two most common, a Suburban XL vs Prius.
