From what I can tell based on input, I need to add exterior brick to the 8” block definition. Make sure bearing is stud wall and plates. With exterior brick added to the 8” block, should I move the reference point in main floor to exterior brick instead of outside of stud wall or sheathing? Thanks again for the help guys.

You can if you have a basement. I've haven't used it for a stem wall foundation. I find it easier to using 2 drawings. Then you'll have a foundation plan to submit to the building department if needed, and it's easier for however does the foundation. I have different foundation walls for a slab and a crawl space.

I’m using auto basement for creating foundation walls and slabs as that’s typical for my area; footers, 8” block foundation walls, compacted fill, 4” slab. When I auto basement on a brick exterior/ 3.5 partition, I place my reference point on exterior of sheathing but the foundation walls align with exterior of brick. The common practice around this area is aligning sheathing (or framing) with foundation wall exterior, and then the exterior brick goes to the footer or grade. I may be overlooking a recent thread telling how to correct this. Should I change bearing in wall definition? Thanks for advice on how to correct or advice on settings.
Does your basement wall have brick as your first material in the block wall definition? Do you want the sheathing to set on the block? The air space will have to be 1" on your basement wall so it will line up with your brick and stud wall that has a 1" air space. You may have to have the sheathing as a bearing material to get everything to align in the model.

A lot of the alignment will have to do not only with your reference point, but also the wall definitions and what is counted as bearing vs what isn't. I have not used auto-basement except in an initial look at how it works and suspect it wants to line up bearing materials. I suggest double checking that for the walls you are using to be sure what is bearing is lined up.
