Dimensions Missing

Hello all,

Not sure why this is happening but all the writing and dimensions are missing.

 

I redid my computer and opened up the files and they are missing.  What am I missing

Check to see if they somehow got put on the wrong layer and it is turned off.

If not then I don't have a clue, maybe just one of the undocumented "features" of SP.

I believe you need to put a check mark in your dimension options (show small dimensions) or something like that.

What font are you using?  Make sure that font is in your system.

Select Options > Visible Items and check the box that says Display Everything

If they are there you can identify the layer that they are on.

If not then make sure that the SP fonts are still installed.

Weird. Never changed the setting.  All of my drawings show no dimensions.   Did look in the computer and it shows the fonts for SP. Weird.  I will try to uninstall and re-install again and see what happens.

This is really weird. Uninstalled SP2020 and re-installed and everything is working. Just thought I would let everyone know.
 
I guess the original install missed some files.

Probably just the fonts needed to be installed again, there's a font installer available from SP on their website.

Completely re-installed windows. (Nuke and Pave) LOL

When I saw your issue, I knew I had seen it before and couldn't remember the answer. Sorry, perils of being over 50.
