Along with drafting/rendering services I sell roof and floor joist packages.

 

The material pricing is out of control.  The largest obstacle to overcome this year will be pricing and availability.  As you notice from job postings there is no shortage of work (yet)

 

I need roof and floor joist company referrals....depending on freight...probably within 6-8 hr drive of central IL.

 

What is the fix for material pricing?   Raise interest rates?

 

Any referrals greatly appreciated.

Check these guys out, they sell component wall/floor packages and roof trusses.  Possibly a good fit for you.  I worked for them years ago out of the Urbandale IA office.
