Hey,

 

I've rotated the direction of my floor joists to run front to back (originally ran side to side). 

 

In my 3D model, it didn't change the direction of the sub-floor.  It's still running front to back (parallel to joists) instead of side to side.  Anyway know how to rotate the subfloor so that it runs across the joist, side to side?

In your rendering, right click over the subfloor and choose "Surface Edit". Now go to the "Options" tab and place an "X" in the "Rotate" box. That should do it.

Subfloors are a separate entity from the floor joists.  Philip has the right answer for rotating them in 3D.
