Searched through the 3D symbols and can’t find any Juliet balcony railings, like the fancy ones put in front of 2nd story windows with planters, so not really a balcony, just decoration.

 

I can draw a 2d one, but 3D symbol?..

Try searching SketchUp 3D warehouse. You can import most of the models you find on their site. Or search free 3D symbols and see what comes up. Lots of options out there.

Try this, import into your 3d file with wizard

i went to sketch up and downloaded a couple

 

now I’ll see if I can import without any problems. Lol

You have to zip the file
