I'm attempting to put windows into a curved 2x8 wall w/ thin cut stone (7'4" radius). I cannot get the walls to clean up at window openings.

Any tips or solutions? Thanks.

Brad I just created this wall, 16' length with 8' deflection/radius. Placed 2'-0" x 6'-6'

windows , cleanup work OK. Is the thin cut stone part of the wall definition or an exterior

banding/ wallpaper etc add on? If so you may have to ad a blank opening to cut out the stone

and open up the window view. Attached view is windows on 2x6 sided wall, no stoneAttached File  Curved Wall w Windows.jpg   70.26KB   0 downloads

Found my problem.

I inserted windows during initial design/draw.

Edited them to smaller sizes after second round revisions w builder/customer.

That's when it occurred. The windows cleaned up when I deleted original window and put a new on in it's place.

Tried with other walls types and same thing occurs.

Thanks for your response, Steve and Carla.

I've found you cannot just change a window size or type when in a curved wall. Like you did, you need to delete and then place new windows. Kind of strange behavior.
