Please help me to solve this issue

when I am placing a floor system on the main floor the program automatically creating a hole between basement and main floor.....What should I do to solve this problem

Make sure that you have Subfloor added in Floor System mode for the Main Floor. If the subfloor is missing, SoftPlan will not cover the Floor system.

Also make sure there is not a wall or column on the basement plan that is taller than the rest of the walls. Go to PROFILE mode to check this real easily. This would also "raise" up the first floor.

In Floor System mode, if you right click over the floor area you should see the components of the floor system drawn. If Subfloor is shown as a selection you have it already. The area will be shaded light Blue to represent the Subfloor as well. The perimeter should have blue reference circles with 'SF' in them.

 

To add it, Go to Draw- Subfloor regardless and Auto-trace the living area.

 

Also edit the walls and check that the walls still have the Cover Floor option selected.

The wall definition incorporated a transition material of 2.5" stone but then it was set to a height of 0" on the wall edit. I created a copy of the wall and removed the stone, adjusted the stucco to full height and turned off the transition height. With those changes, the stucco covers the floor system properly.
