Is there a way to link 2D details to callouts on the floor plan?  I have very detailed sections of structural assemblies and would like the callout on the floor plan to auto track or link with the sheet location when using a planset.  Hope that makes sense.... Thanks!

If you're using the built in functions for sections and elevations then it should auto populate the information in the bubble when you put it on a page in plan sets.

I just want the callout to "auto populate" and not the section or elevation.  I am trying to reference an area on the floor plan and then trying to reference a 2D drawing on the planset that will be on another page.  I don't want the 3D info to even appear where the callout is referencing on the floor plan.  All of this is 2D.  Also, I don't want a section line, just a reference line.  In other words, a callout will appear on the floor plan with a letter -number with a page reference.  On the page that is referenced will be the matching callout with the 2D detail.  Hopefully that makes sense.....

I think you'll have to do that yourself.... I've ran into this issue when doing an enlarged floor plan or a detail from a 2D elevation... Since it's not linked to the model, you just have to

make you're own bubble. It doesn't work like REVIT.

Unless someone else knows how to do it, I haven't figured out a way to use them in 2D

I believe this post shows a way to accomplish what you are wishing to do: http://softplan.com/...detail-markers/
