I posted this in the Softplan 2020 forum also.

 

I used to be able to access my softplan files while offline and they would sync up once I had connectivity again. I am no longer able to do this...I get an error dialogue box. Is there a setting I need to change?

Start with the obvious: have you rebooted your computer?

yep...a couple times.

I don't think there is a setting for that as I believe that ability is "hard wired" in the program. So why can't you? Tech support is your best bet.
