Go to Visibilities while in roof mode and put a check mark in Plate Height. This will show if all of your wall offsets are correct. Use Trace Roof to draw the roof and draw it as one roof. Then clean it up with a Ctrl C.

The first screenshot is after I Traced the Roof. I don't understand why you have to do a cleanup after you trace the roof, maybe someone else will know. If you try to use Auto Roof there are to may reference point, that's way I suggested to use Trace Roof. Also edit your Beams and uncheck Clip to Roof.

Go to Roof Options and put a check mark in Auto Generate. Do that in your System and Drawing Options. That's why I had to do a cleanup after adding a Roof. Also you don't need the beam that you have on the right front of the plan.
