Cropped Elevation still showing

So I exported a bunch of marketing pages with cropped floorplan and elevation. In some PDF readers the elevation still shows up full - see pic...any idea what the problem might be?

I wonder if it has something to do with how SP crops. Is it a layer thing or some other programming thing that does not translate correctly with certain viewers?

Yea it's weird. I think it has something to do with the live elevation...the floorplan crops all fine
