Needing a sloping deck over a finished area, Softplan tech suggested a Slopes Ramp in the stair tab of decks....after several tries, I discovered that the slope direction is controlled by the narrow part of the ramp...makes sence, but my deck was wider than long deep so I simply added several smaller deck ramps...side by side ....bingo...perfect

Alternatively you can set up the ramp narrower than needed to get it running in the direction you need and then adjust it so that it is wider.

Is this somehow different than editing the slab edge and setting the slope?
