Cooktops don't cut the Countertop

Does anyone know why the Cooktops don't cut the countertops like a sink does? The offset is correct and they are linked to a 3D symbol.

EDIT the symbol itself and ensure that "CUT COUNTERTOPS" is checked

That’s what it was. It must have been a cooktop that I downloaded, all the others are checked.
