Hello all.  I've got a 2-part question for you:

1) Is there a way to change the default wall cabinet lines from dashed to solid?

2) is there a way to have the section of a range that is under the wall cabinet not be seen on the plans?  Does that make sense?

Thank you and regardless of the tag under my name, I'm still very much new to SoftPlan lol.

For Part 2 ... You can edit the symbol so that the symbol itself is a stove under a cabinet or you could possibly (I haven't tried it, so don't know whether it works) have a white shape mask the rear of the symbol accordingly ... you may have to have a texture pen set to white to do it, but I've expounded the use of white pens before.

From reading the 2022 specs I believe that you can edit the symbol shape, so creating alternate plan symbols for the same items should be much simpler.

I think you can go to system, or project or drawing options to "material dimensions" " cabinets options and check counter tops display and check "draw in solid lines, It seems to turn the uppers and lowers into a solid line, then turn counter tops to "0" overhang.

this might or might not do it, sorta feels like it did, I changed mine, Think i like it that way.     Maybe there's a reason to have the dashed lines for drawing, I'll see, nicer look on the plan I think.

Maybe easier to draw without the dashed lines everywhere, altho that is how the package has always come set on. Maybe a reason, maybe not,   Solid line looks good.
