How would I edit the corner of a roof to show a birdbox? See picture.

A couple of Ideas to try. Can you click on that edge of the roof and check to see if facia is checked on? Or use a roof hole to just barely cut into that section of roof and turn on facia in the hole setting.

That roof edge should be a gable instead of intersect then the bird box will show up

I tried the roof hole option, I right clicked on the roof hole line and selected edit and added the soffit & fascia. That did the trick! Thank you!

the next issue I have as a result of having two different different roof/wall heights join together, is the interior wall that is suppose to become an exterior wall at the top. See photos. I cut off some of the lower roof so the wall can be seen better.

You can draw a small exterior wall to show on the 3d and make it hidden on the floor plan.
