Ok i have a 2 story house that I'm getting a void space between floor when I try to add a small wall section in. The history is I put a sub floor system on the second floor with ring joist , then floor trusses, and finally my sub floor decking. The structure stacks great even in 3d. There is a small area over the front door where I didn't run the perimeter band around and it left a void the thickness of the band and subfloor, in this case it's 19 1/4 inches (18" trusses and 1 1/4" subfloor). I then proceeded to draw in a short wall 19 1/4" tall and off set it the height of the 1st floor 12' - 1 1/8" actual height. When I do this the whole 2nd floor is elevated up too the 19 1/4" above the plate on the 1st floor. Not sure what i need to anchor or not anchor on either floor. Any direction will be much appreciated. Steve Pirtle

If that doesn't work, make the actual wall 19¼" higher and drop it down 19¼"
Make sure you are using Circular Refernce points to control the floor heights in the model. If you don't know about circular reference points, check out this post - http://softplan.com/...f-house/?p=5596
