New user. After drawing a line in roof mode is there a way to edit it (move, trim and etc) in that mode or any other mode besides draw mode? A bit frustrated. John

No, the shape is always locked to draw mode.

Right click the line and select Shape Line-->Add Selection. Once the line is selected you can right click it again and Edit, Move, Copy, Erase, etc.

I set up most of the extra stuff I want to draw/add in roof mode to be on a roof only layer. Then, I can always separate out what I want and make it visible in one of the custom modes to adjust/draw without the hassle of working around the limitations of roof mode or all the other stuff I have showing on my drawing mode. Many ways to work through things, but I've found that works well for me.
