Since the last update in 3d my clear glass shower walls are not clear. The glass is white just like my other walls. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Yes ... Go into the SURFACE (or MATERIAL) EDITOR and adjust the opacity to suit.

I'm not aware of any reason the last update would change this behavior.
When you edit the texture does it come up as Glass or Paint? My Shower Walls edit as Glass and look transparent as they should.
If you use Auto-Trace when adding a wall finish through Interior mode or Room mode, it will treat the shower walls as walls and add paint to them. Use Manual Trace in order to avoid adding finishes to the shower walls.
