Hello,

I don't know if anyone is still using SP2012 anymore. I have some corner trims that extend beyond the top of the roof. Does anyone know what causes this?

Thanks

Wes

Is the corner board length longer than the wall height?

If you delete the banding does it work?

Try running clean up. Try adjusting the wall height on the gable wall if it is set to fit to roof. I can't remember if you can override the height on corner trim in 2012, but try that if possible. Or, when all else fails, uncheck corner trim after tracing the outline with a solid polygon that you can adjust the offset and height of. Then use that as your corner trim.

Gary,

Yes it is taller than the wall, but in 2012 we do not seem to have control of the cornerboard height.

No, deleting the banding makes no difference.

Mark,

Clean up run, no difference. Adjusted wall heights, no difference. Remove gable provided by roof, no difference. Made roof edge hip instead of gable, no difference. I will have to go the solid route.

Thanks all,

Wes

It looks like you stacked a wall on top of the existing wall below and used fit to roof. Just a thought.
