How do set the system and project default cabinet finish to painted instead of oak, maple or cherry.

Complexity of setting with each release is pissing me, too difficult to find simple things, I truly feel sorry for new users, and miss the days of useful help/search functions that were useful and an actual book manual arrived with the upgrade

Finish options/cabinet options is NOT the way, if you reorder these I'll throw off everting...then you're really screwed.

....sorry for showing attitude today

I was hoping to take the time to go through everything and get all settings correct and clean up some things I meant to do last round. Of course, time is fleeting, so I am messing with settings as I run into the issues and frustrations. It would be so nice if every setting would be able to cleanly migrate while keeping the improvements we don't know we will like until we start using the program. So it goes...

And there is your issue Joseph. Not ENOUGH coffee. How can you expect to get your work done with so little?

Gary - I completely agree! LOL - on a little more serious note, I found that Matcha tea is the best thing in the world when I have to get a lot done.  A doctor friend introduced me to it a number of years ago - it has natural properties that both calm you and help you to focus.  No jolt or anything like that, but at the end of the day, I look back and find that I really got a lot done!
