Once you add the circle reference point to each floor in the model Softplan sets the zero mark for the next floor to the top of the wall the reference point is attached to. You can change the height of any other wall without moving the floor above it.

At each model drawing I add a wall segment with the common location, correct height per designed level, hidden and deselect extract in model.  Now you can change any house wall as you see fit w/o the worry of effecting the model stack of your designed levels.  Remember this wall is not associated to anything other then the reference point for setting up the x,y,z location of each level.

 

This works the exceptionally well with bi/tri-levels or anything with levels happening allover the place.

 

Learned this with Vertex BD years ago
