I have tried this a few times and its FREE. I  drew a few additions and use this tool to get a quick

rough plan. After I used SoftPlan to finish it in detail. I used a cell phone / and or Tab S     Tablet

Some day Softplan may have this feature

I tried MagicPlan and it is nowhere near accurate enough to be useful it does not like angles or small offsets.

They claims 95% accuracy but that seems to be a best case scenario and anyway 95% is 100% wrong.

That would be 10ft. +- 6"   -It reported my 9' ceiling as 8'-2.5"

Whereas I generally want to be within 1/2" and sometimes I need an exact measurement.

It is much easier to bring a laptop or a large piece of graph paper and a laser measure or tape.

All comments are my opinion only and may or may not be correct

That is good to know before I waste time
checking it out.
