Are any of our fine regulars here in Maine? I sold one of our stock plans to a gentleman in Maine a couple months ago and he requested significant modifications. I started on them from here but it became too difficult to try to manage from so far away. I finally sent him all the cad files and PDF and told him he may want to find a local person to help with his changes....mostly just so he can't go back to the publisher that sold them and complain that he never received anything. I also told him I'd reach out to my network here and see if I could find someone local to him that is interested in helping. I quoted him $100.00 an hour for modifications and he was fine with that. He will be building in Old Orchard Beach Maine. I can provide a PDF, DWG, and SP2020 files as well as a license agreement allowing someone else to make the changes without violating copyrights. This home is already over 10k s/f with an indoor basketball court and he's looking to make it even bigger!
