How do you save an entire project under a new name

Save.

Copy Project To...

Unlike Save As, in which you are immediately in the new drawing ... Copy project to, makes another copy of the current project for you to use it again ... YOU ARE STILL WORKING IN THE ORIGINAL NOT THE COPY.

As Keith said. Once you make a “copy”, you have to close out of the original project and open the newly named project.
