This is a rendered dwawing of a plan I did in V2014.  For some reasons it has "dots" all over it.  The textures version did not.  Any idea what caused this?

Could it be some lighting that is on in the rendered but no textured?

They look randomly clustered, .. like they're from different Floor Plans, ..

I've noticed when I copy an existing plan to create/edit it to another plan, and do so repeatedly, .. if I don't clean up before I copy, .. I am also copying and recreating overlapped ceilings and roofs etc, ..

Perhaps that can happen with 'lights' as well, .. ?

edit, ..

.. assuming you sometimes use the same 'copying' approach

.. invariably, someone will have a simpler solution.

I had that happen before as well.

I don't remember what it was that caused it, but I think it was related to lights in some way.

Try saving a copy of the file and disabling or erasing all lights and see if you still get them.
