My tablet only has a USB C (thunderbolt) port. Any reason why the Softplan key won't work in a USB C port?

Yes of course. I have tried a couple of those adapters but the key is not being recognized. Is there a driver issue? or something about the key with a thunderbolt port? I can't imagine being the only one with this issue...

I've not read anything about conflict with USB C best to contact SoftPlan Tech support.
