Is there a way to click on an item in a material list (say a beam) and it highlights on the drawing?  I thought I saw that somewhere.  I had version 2016 but back on 2014 currently.  Is that in 2016?  Or am I just dreaming?

Right click over an item in your SoftList report and select "Highlight Entities". It will open up the drawing that contains the item and highlight it. It also puts the drawing into "SoftList" mode. So be sure to change back into another mode before modifying that drawing.

In Softlist mode, you can generate a list of materials. Then every material in the list will highlight the item on the drawing.

When I try to do that the highlight button doesn't show.  When I go in and create a new list form the Soft list mode I can click on highlight but when it switches to the drawing nothing is highlighted.  Not sure if it is because I am still on 2014 or if my program is corrupted somewhere and I need to reinstall.

And I am having problems with the forum allowing me to upload any attachments so I can not show visually.  Ugh.  Frustrating morning

Sorry, Tom. The screenshot I showed is from 2016, Not sure whether 2014 should work the same or not.

It is fine.  I will need to start the subscription process soon I believe.  Too many things in 2016 that I miss/like.
