Check your layers and scroll to the bottom of the list. Softplan uses the layers from the Autocad drawing and by default are not turned on in Softplan.

Shot in the dark here: Have you zoomed to extents? Have you opened up the layers dialogue box to see what layer(s) the information might be on and that it is turned on? My guess is the layer thing and the information is on layer "0" but just not turned on.

i REALLY NEED SOME HELP. I WANT TO DOWN LOAD ENGINEERING TO MY PROJECT BUT CANNOT DO IT WITH A DWG FILE. I CLICK ON IMPORT DWG GET A MENU AND CLICK ON FILE AND OPEN IT ANOTHER SCREEN COMES UP AND I CLICK ON NEXT AND MY PROGRAM BLINKS AND A BOX COMES UP SAYING FINISHED AND THERE IS NO IMAGE. DO NOT KNOW WHAT I AM GOING WRONG.
