i have the training cd for softlist. and i have noticed that the toolbar is not the same on mine as the training. is there an issue with it?. i dont see all the buttons and if i reset it it causes more problems and i need to do a restore to fix the menu.

i am using ver 2020.2.7

and yes i know it isn't the latest but i have  a reason for that, i work with 2 systems and currently cant update one of them.

If you right click to the on the gray area to the right of the word "Help", you'll get a popup boz where you can remove the checkmark in the checkbox. This will restore the ribbon to your SoftList report

Thank you that is good information,  But I was wondering on my 2nd pic why I cant customize my toolbar  add/remove button's  (grayed out)

I don't use the ribbon, and would like to have these buttons added to the toolbar. it seems like I should be able to do this. I may call the help desk.

again if you reset toolbar under the small arrow,  > Softlist > add remove buttons > "reset Toolbar "  the toolbar icons will all disappear if you save it that way,  you need to do a restore to get them back.
