SoftPlan would like to congratulate Katy, Megan, and Sean of Shadow Ridge High School in Arizona. Designing with SoftPlan, their team won the 2018 NAHB secondary school competition at the International Builders' Show in Orlando. We are honored to have been able to play a part in their impressive win!

The annual was one of the highlights of the 2017 International Builders' Show, and this year, SoftPlan students stole the show.
Each team that placed in the competition were users of the SoftPlan program. The York County School of Technology (PA) won the 1st Place prize, Shelby County High School (KY) came in 2nd, and Team 1 of Shadow Ridge High School (AZ) took 3rd. Shadow Ridge also received the Rookie of the Year award. These students spent countless hours perfecting their drawings, and we are so proud of their well-deserved accomplishments.

NAHB Student Chapters Awards: Students Using SoftPlan 1st & 2nd

12717154_1082266658482580_2990341455974862001_n Congratulations to Williamsport Area High School and York County School of Technology for winning 1st and 2nd place among secondary school programs in the Residential Construction Management Competition at this year’s NAHB Student Chapters Awards. The competition was held in conjunction with this year's International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas, and we were pleased to meet some of these students on the exhibit hall floor. Both of these schools use SoftPlan, and we are very proud of their achievements.

SkillsUSA: Student Using SoftPlan Wins Again

AD%20SkillsUSA%20KC%20Winners SoftPlan is proud to announce that Michael Kuntz was this year's Gold Medalist in the National SkillsUSA competition for Architectural Drafting in Kansas City, MO. Michael is a student of Shadow Ridge High School’s Signature Architecture Program in Surprise, AZ. Michael's instructor is architecture teacher and author Scott Thomas, M.Ed., MCCTE, CD. Students consistently medal in a variety of architectural design competitions using SoftPlan, and we're pleased to see yet another Gold Medalist win with SoftPlan at the largest and most prominent contest in the United States. We congratulate Mr. Kuntz and Mr. Thomas.
