Thanks all in advance.
My drawings are becoming heavy with details to where the plan set PDF is to large for AOL
to send to clients. Off site printing upload is fine. I guess that I need to compress somehow.
Any thoughts?

I suggest that you send via WETRANSFER ... www.wetransfer,com ... The files are uploaded to WeTransfer servers, and the client is given a link to download them. Once they are downloaded, you are notified as such. You can transfer up to 2GB free. In my opinion it works a lot slicker than anything else I've come across.
Check it out and make up your own mind.

Yvon-do you know if there is a way in Softplan to save the 300 dpi as standard?

I'm going to jump in here and say "No there isn't" but I've been wrong before ... as you know.

That would be a nice thing for system options. Same with exporting to autocad. My main engineer is still using acad 2000...he sees no reason to upgrade...and inevitably, once a month or so he has to remind me to export to the correct version on one or two sheets because I get going too fast and forget to save to the correct format!!!
