MONOLITHIC FOUNDATION DETAILS

Is there a detail in softplan for a monolitic foundation so i can add to my drawing when you add a slab you can not adjust the footings

Ron when using a structural slab when editing the edge you can set footing width and depth

DRAW--->DETAIL--->SECTION DETAIL--->SLAB

yea if you add a footer to the slab edge, seems you can change the size

I would think you could use regular footers and edit (in wall definitions) them to be 0 offset to the outside and then you can edit the footer width, seems would work.

Mostly I just create a separate drawing for the "foundation, and creat a wall that shows like a mono footer,   and can add interior footers, etc.

I think tho that the best method is to creat a foundation plan is to "save as" the floor plan then "type erase" stuff you don't need for the foundation plan, then do some of the above things.

There are several angles to approach this from.  When I do a footer or mono, as a separate drawing from the floor, I like to include it in the model and show it on 3D view, and sometimes need in elevations and is helpful in Softlist also.

i did edit the edge odf the footing buy it shows in 3d that the flared edge is on both sides or the angle
