I just stumbled across this today. There is a light setting for Speed Notes? I tried looking in Help and it doesn't seem to be addressed. You can change the settings but once you close the Speed Note dialog the settings are lost. Just seems odd that Speed Notes have lights and that they don't work?

Why is there a light tab on the speed note edit?

Yes, it bothered me too ... I asked Support a couple of months ago, and got this reply.

What if we embed a light in a speed note? Is that possible? I tried it with a light in the speed note and it seems I was able to change the light settings, close the edit menu, then open and change settings again.
