After 45 years of professional homebuilding and developing, I am retiring as a homebuilder. I have been doing the CAD’s for my company for most of those years. I have received a BALA (Best in American Living Award)  from the National Home Builder's Association.

 

I do not want to retire completely. So, since I enjoy residential design, I have started a new business called “Builders CAD Service”. The name describes my business.

 

I’m not only able to generate full construction documents but generate a very detailed and accurate SoftList. I have been fine-tuning my SoftList for many years.

 

I need help setting my fee structure. Is there anyone who could coach me on that? Very much appreciated if you could.
