Anybody out there doing Pools with the Pool feature in Soft Plan?

I have a few questions to get me over the hump.....

Trying to create the pool in the photo.....the curved inside edges are giving me a major headache. Curved Fillet is not working.

Any Help? Phone may be easier. 229-224-0410

Many Thanks!

Seems you can draw it with straight lines.  a Hexagon?

Then edit the edges ( maybe use adjust the line after the arc edit) to be arced, and select "site line" and add an arc to it. reverse as needed.

Easiest way I can see, if you need a video of it let me know

Here is how I would approach custom pool shapes:

Draw your pool shape using lines with the Shape Tool. This will allow you to apply any curved radius to any corners in a controlled manner. Ensure all of your edges are connected before moving on to the next step. Once you have drawn the outline of your pool, go to Tools, 'Add/Remove Selection'. Once enabled, select all of your perimeter lines of your pool and then select 'Form Polygon'. Next step under Tools again is to use the 'Convert Shape to Site Line'. Select Pool in the drop-down menu and then select your newly enclosed polygon which will be converted to a pool.

Great, glad that worked.

I had never done that, but since usually Softplan guys have given a way to do stuff, and I learn and find new stuff everyday.

I just whittle at it and figured it out.

Using Adjust on stuff is useful all over the place,

especially driveways, that I draw with spline, then make some of it straight edges and then adjust the points or middle of line and get the drive, etc. done easy.
