Nice! I've done some marketing sets for realtors to help them with a sale. Sometimes people just need an idea of what it could look like. Do you use the 3D model viewer so people can do a walk-through?

Mark I have not done much with the 3D walkthrough, very few are willing to compensate for the time it takes.

I could use more practice in the 3D walkthrough, as time permits.

I think mark is talking about the web3D where people can navigate on their own.  As long as your model is all correct its super easy and requires very little time.  I use it frequently with clients that just want to see everything on their own time before we decide we're done

What Sam said. It really helps people visualize. It isn't high quality, but gets the job done. You also could disclaim any unfinished areas if you don't fully develop it.
