Just noticed this - not sure when it started happening - but when I mask text, it only masks over things on the same layer as the text. Anyone else see this?

No, mine seems to mask correctly. Just tested it on a different layer, and it still works.

So...figured it out...something pretty stupid...but I don't understand it. Clicked on one of the items that wouldn't mask properly, clicked "move to front" and ALL of the items that weren't masking correctly were instantly fixed.
No idea how/what/when/why...
