I seem to have forgotten how to make the surface on gable end match brick veneer.  Any Help?

How would you build it that way?  I assume you wouldn't be bearing a truss out on the brick?  The way you're showing it is how it would be built in the real world.

If you mean that you would like the gable material to be brick instead of being siding, you can edit the roof edge and change the gable material to 'Brick A', or whatever your wall brick is defined as.

I think maybe,  unselect the "gable end provided by roof"

then edit the wall and on "top of wall" hit "fit to roof.     That'll take the brick wall all the way up and make everything even.

But really I think you just select the Brick A or B?  and use gable provided by roof.

There's probably a few other ways to to it also.  Looks like your picture has selected B&B as "gable provided by roof"

When I was framing in the 70's Dad would have us furr out the gables to match brick.  I finally resorted to drawing the gable walls and roof on next stack... Thanks for your input.

If it is important for you to have the wall how you will build, you can create a new wall definition, etc.

and use gable to be by roof and select the newly created wall.

Might be needed if you want softlist to be perfect, but for 3d and all, probably not needed.

I have never seen it built that way but I wonder if you could edit the wall definition and make the brick bearing?

This is how I was taught to frame the gables.

I have always added a 2x8 or 2x10 plate on top of wall to set the truss out.

under gable end provided by roof - change the thickness.
