is there a way on stairs to see the leight on the stringer report dose not show it the second on the plumbing drop marks do not show on a shower i put a base unit in the 

custom shower and still dose not show up

Have you tried using a cross section of the stairwell to get your measurements?

There are formulas they show you when you take their softlist course online.

 

They are not mine to give, but  you could ask tech support if they would share them with you without going through the course.
