Was wondering if anyone had one of these pop up when trying to save a drawing and what you did to cure it. Never saw one of these notices before the last upgrade.
Thank you Mike

This is what I received from a support ticket that I had submitted.
It was an issue with writing to Drop Box
As a test, try saving the project locally by opening the project, go to 'File> Save> Copy Project To' and save it to the default location (ie: C:\Documents\SoftPlan\Projects), then, open the project from this location, create and save a Plan Set. Does the error message appear? If not, this will be an issue with writing permissions or space on Drop Box. If you still receive the message, please attach an image of the error message you receive.

I don't use drop box for SP.
I have "abused" this program on a regular basis since I started. By abused I mean done some of the dumbest things one could imagine for a tradesman turned draftsman. IT ALWAYS TURNED OUT FINE and with the help of the forum, TS and figuring out the "workarounds" things came around a couple years ago.
However when the 2024 version went to documents during the download this past spring...a message popped up and said there was not enough room on documents for the download. After about four hours and with the help of Microsoft, I got it sorted out.
Now when this shows up and the mouse disappears BEHIND the message freezing the SP screen. I open another file I created where there ample space and move some files over ie... pdf's, 3D views, etc. Then switch back to the SP screen and save what I wanted to save. It's a pain and wondered what others did.
