Has anyone else experienced issues with SoftPlan randomly resetting system options to factory settings? I've reached out to support multiple times, but I’m not getting anywhere. This has become really frustrating!

Are they System Options, Project Options, or Drawing Options?

 

System Options should not change unless you change them.

Project Options should reflect the System Options at the time the project was created, unless you change them after creating the project.

Drawing Options can vary from drawing to drawing and can be defined by Drawing Templates.

This happened to me a few months ago. It was the system options that I have been using for years. I had to go through and manually put everything back the way it was.

It would be system options. For some unknown reason they change back to factory defaults. I have unchecked the upload system options to softplan and that does nothing. It randomly happens every 3 to 6 months since version 2024. Tech support can seem to figure it out. I have manually set up the software hoping it may have been something from the past versions being carried over and that did not work either. I just have to go in and restore but it is a pain in the butt.
