MY symbol library seems to be missing but files are still available. When I try to get a symbol form any library be it doors, windows or plumbing and electrical they only show one item in library. But if I go and use symbol wizard they are still available to edit. Once I attempt to edit a symbol it shows up in the library but the previous symbol disappears. Has anyone had this issue and if so how did you fix it. I've trying to contact Tech support but keep getting message that they have high volume of calls and to leave a message and someone will get back to me. I've been trying for 3 days now and still cant get through or had return calls. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried e-mailing them at support@softplantech.com

They must be reading this thread because they called me back not long after I posted it. Trying a fix now. If it works I will post the fix incase someone else has same problem.
