I design homes and also use Weyerhaeuser's Javelin® Software. I have been back and forth with SoftPlan support and Weyerhaeuser support, and no one seems to be able to make this feature work properly. (floors systems do not stack properly)
Are there any SoftPlan designers that also use the Weyerhaeuser Javelin® Software? Or does anyone send the SoftPlan exchange file to a their supplier to have the floor system designed in Javelin?
I would like to use this feature that we paid for, and looking for any help from SoftPlan users.
