Looking to buy used SoftPlan 11

I am looking to buy a used version of SoftPlan 11 if anyone has one for sale.  I have talked to SoftPlan rep who has informed me that it can be done buy paying a small transfer fee.  Please contact me.

Only current versions of SoftPlan can be transferred, please contact the sales representative again for clarification.
