I'm using 2014 and for some reason, I can no longer pan in 3D mode by holding down the middle mouse wheel.  Has anyone experience this?

Once or twice over the last few years, ..

 

For me the solution was in the mouse, .. (for whatever reason) I just had to reset the functions for my various buttons in the my mouse (Logitech) software

So what setting does the mouse need to be on?

I was able to pan by pressing the mouse wheel.  Now, when I press the mouse wheel it shifts the whole drawing to some "default location"
